Eleni Papaconstantinou

Eleni advises Greek and international clients on corporate transactions, strategic investments and high-value disputes.
Her practice spans mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, corporate governance, antitrust, private equity and industrial property and non-profit organizations. She has successfully handled major complex transactions as well as large-scale litigation, including litigation before the Greek Supreme Court and the European Court of Justice.
She graduated first in her class from the London School of Economics, holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a Doctorate (Grande Distinction) from the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
Alongside her legal practice, she serves as an independent member of the Board of Directors and member of the Audit Committee, as well as Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of listed companies. She also serves as Secretary and member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Foundation for European and Foreign Policy (ELIAMEP).
