Ioanna Stefanaki

Ioanna advises private clients on inheritance law, intergenerational succession, estate planning and private international law. Her practice includes cross-border succession matters, family wealth distribution structures and the resolution of succession disputes, drawing on her experience in corporate law, finance, capital markets and litigation.
Her early career at Norton Rose Athens included advising on pioneering project finance transactions in Greece's infrastructure and energy sectors, before she developed extensive experience in commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and debt restructuring. Alongside her legal practice, she served as a member of the Board of Directors of ERT SA from 2019 to 2025.
She holds an LL.B. from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and an LL.M. from the London School of Economics.
