We have advised clients both in mainstream transactions as well as in complicated projects requiring innovative solutions.
Eleni Papaconstantinou has been teaching mergers and acquisitions and antitrust at the Athens Laboratory of Business Administration (ALBA), a highly respected professional school of Athens.
